Urban renovation for energy efficiency - Vilnius, Lithuania
As a signatory to the Covenant of Mayors, the city of Vilnius has voluntarily committed to reducing its CO2 emissions by at least 26% by 2020. Vilnius has developed an innovative interactive energy classification map for nearly 4,800 apartment buildings. Information is available for free in order to encourage renovation of multi-storey blocks built between 1960 and 1990. Read more
