Sustainable energy planning: Covenant guidelines now available in Greek, Slovenian and Latvian
To achieve their CO2 reduction commitment, signatory cities of the Covenant of Mayors voluntarily commit to submitting a Sustainable Energy Action Plan (SEAP) to the European Commission.

An extensive set of guidelines has been developed by the Joint Research Centre and Covenant of Mayors Office (CoMO) to assist them in this process, and are now available in Greek, Latvian and Slovenian.

Previously translated versions include German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Romanian.

These three additional translations have been provided to the CoMO by the coordinators of the SEAP-plus project, which encourages twinning activities between learning and experienced municipalities involved in the Covenant of Mayors.
