« Together for sustainable energy » : Teramo Province launches wide-ranging Covenant of Mayors communication campaignTo spread the Covenant of Mayors message across its territory, the Province of Teramo – one of the initiative Territorial Coordinators - has launched a [multi-directional, integrated communication campaign->http://www.provincia.teramo.it/patto-europeo-dei-sindaci/animazione-e-comunicazione/], based on a unique format but customized to the needs of each of the 47 municipalities of its territory.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of the 20-20-20 Covenant of Mayors objectives among all the citizens of the province, many of whom are pictured on the campaign posters, which feature the name of their municipality along with the tagline « together for sustainable energy ».
A comprehensive communication kit has been delivered to all the Covenant Signatories from the province on the occasion of an event held last June in the presence of the mayors from the Province territory and the citizens pictured. The toolkit includes the logo and graphical elements that were developed in the framework of the campaign, including posters, brochures, flyers, personalized letterheads and so forth.
The poster campaign has been initiated in the framework of the EU campaign « ENGAGE », which brings together an increasing number of Covenant of Mayors Signatories seeking to encourage their citizens to make concrete climate protection commitments.
