The Archaeological Museum of Alicante (MARQ) will host on Wednesday 6 March the 2nd Congress of the Provincial Energy Agency of Alicante, this year presented under the title “Energy and Society”.

Organized by the Provincial Energy Agency and the Province of Alicante, this meeting will be a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas on energy management in local public administration and hospitality, consumption, net balance and building energy certification.

The Congress is aimed at local councils, municipal technicians, hotel’s managers, businessmen, professionals and students in the field of energy.

Attendees will have the opportunity to know from firsthand the work of the Province of Alicante as a Coordinator of the European initiative EU Mayors: The Opening talk will be about Energy initiatives for the Provincial and Local development in the Province of Alicante, and will be followed by two symposiums about the Covenant of Mayors in the Province of Alicante, and in other Regions.
