“Covenant of Mayors: The Challenge Begins Locally” now available online

Following the European Conference for the Promotion of Local Actions to Combat Climate Change, the Province of Huelva, a Supporting Structure to the Covenant of Mayors, has produced a report entitled “Covenant of Mayors: The Challenge Begins Locally”. The conference, which was held in Punta Umbria (Huelva) from 23-25 September 2009, dedicated an entire session to the Covenant of Mayors with a special focus on the role of Covenant Supporting Structures. The report is available for download, in both English and Spanish, from the documents page of this website.
As a Supporting Structure, the Province of Huelva plays an important role in the Covenant of Mayors by assisting no less than 77 Covenant signatories within the region.
