The Covenant of Mayors Office (COMO) is managed by a consortium of local and regional authorities’ networks, led by Energie-Cites, composed of Eurocities, Climate Alliance, CEMR, Fedarene, and Pracsis.

Kristina Dely is heading the Covenant of Mayors Office. She makes sure that the office works smoothly and synergies are created internally and with other European initiatives.

Pirita Lindholm is leading the Helpdesk and Monitoring operations. Liaising with cities and the Joint Research Centre, she ensures that cities are able to deliver on their commitments.

Lucie Blondel is co-organising the work of the Helpdesk. She will respond to you if you have a general inquiry about the Covenant.

Frederic Boyer is in charge of the work with Supporting Structures and Benchmarks of Excellence, thus ensuring a broader support for the Covenant signatories.

Jana Cicmanova is co-ordinating the various Events organised or attended by the COMO and ensures the Covenant is well promoted.

Ilka Neumann is leading the Media Desk operations and is the contact for all press and media. She will also be your contact, when you wish to organise or get support for your local energy day.
