As part of a thematic project on Building Energy Efficiency in Cities and Regions, the European Committe of the Regions and the OECD are conducting a survey for authorities in charge of energy efficiency in buildings in cities and regions.
The survey aims to collect data and information on the main trends, data and policies to decarbonise buildings across a range of cities and regions from OECD member and partner countries. Key findings will be published in an international compendium that will inform policymakers across levels of government, international and supranational institutions, as well as donors, experts and professionals.
All local and regional authorities are invited to take part in the survey on Decarbonising Buildings in Cities and Regions!
Deadline: 3 September 2021
Building decarbonisation is central to a low-carbon transition and green recovery and presents significant untapped potential in terms of sustainable development. To unlock benefits, a coordinated approach between cities, regions and national governments is urgently needed.
The survey is available in all 23 EU languages and Japanese.
